#Goals

AYE! So...
My goal for my body this semester is to possibly improve my skills in dancing and tone up my legs . Also to work on pacing myself when running. 

I found these workout on YouTube. It says it is for toning legs. Here are the links...



I did the workout and it made me feel energized and sweaty afterwards (LOL), but so worth it. Next time I will push myself further and challenge myself to go over my limits.
